Sciences

This year the grade 6/7A's will be taught the grade 7 science curriculum.  Studnets will be given electronic copies of their textbook readings, as well as enrichment pieces that are pulled from several resources. These include readings from other sources, videos, and labs. 

 

Their math will be scaffolded this year, which means that each student will be given the same starting point.  However, as students show proficiency in the area we are are learning they will be given harder questions that enrich their learning.  If a student is struggling with a certain concept, they will be given more practice and review before moving on the the next piece of the concept. This allows students to to use their strengths and build on their areas of struggle.

Assignments will be posted on the homework board, but taken down as they are due and handed in.
