Why a class website?

The purpose of the class website is to provide another opportunity for the parents to be familiar with the topics, activities and assignments that are taking place in the classroom.  It is my belief that the more informed parents are regarding what their children are learning in school, the stronger their ability to work with their children on homework and for review purposes.  

 

What can you find on this website?

On this class website you will find many things. To the left, you will find the homework board which is updated daily with current assignments and their corresponding due dates. On the homework board, you will find current work in digital format, in case your child loses or forgets their homework at school, they can still complete the work on time.

As well, you will find mentioned any up coming hot lunches, "special event" days, book order due dates etc.  At the top of the main page, you will find buttons that will take you to the four core subject areas.  

 

At the botom of this page you will find study tips, motivational quotes and character education ideas.
